Classic tax advice – i.e. designing and preparing annual financial statements and tax returns – is part of our basic offer and is offered together with the tax consultancy company Klemm & Partner mbB in our professional branch in Goch.

The focus of our advice is on minimizing the tax burden for our clients within the scope of tax law.

Central design questions are in particular:

• Choosing the optimal legal form with regard to the current income tax burden and possibly inheritance and gift taxes
• Active participation in company succession regulations within the framework of Family companies and external management buyouts
• Foreign activities of German companies
• Organization of investment measures by foreign companies in Germany
• Issues related to public utility law

We prepare annual financial statements with plausibility assessments, which our clients’ lenders expect to be presented in accordance with the provisions of Section 18 KWG and Basel III.
